Blake Fielder-Civil Back in prison positive drug test

People magazine is reporting that Blake Fielder-Civil is back in prison thanks to a recent positive drug test.

“I can confirm he has been recalled,” says Fielder-Civil’s lawyer Kate Anderson, declining to state the reason. (A source close to Fielder-Civil tells PEOPLE that he failed a drug test.)

The 26-year-old – who was sentenced to 27 months on charges of assault and attempting to pervert the course of justice – had been in rehab as part of his early release from jail.

    Barron Hilton Pleads Guilty To DUI

    Baron Hilton, Paris Hilton’s little brother, pled guilty on a charge of DUI this week in a Los Angeles courtroom. Barron Hilton was sentenced to three years’ probation, ordered to visit a morgue, pay $2,000 in fees and attend two alcohol education classes, a spokesman for the District Attorney’s Office said.

    Barron Hilton Paris Hiltons Brother Arrested For DUI
    Paris Hilton’s young brother Barron Hilton was arrested for driving under the influence in Malibu, California today. The 18-year-old was pulled over by cops on Pacific Coast Highway in a black Mercedes-Benz at 8:30AM this morning.

    E! Online’s Marc Malkin reported today that parents Kathy and Rick were considering withholding the 18-year-old’s $5,000 bail as an act of tough love.

    “They don’t want to put up with this stuff anymore,” a source told Malkin.
