Back in January, police in Midvale, Utah, busted a massage parlor called Queens Reiki. According to court documents, they found a female masseuse with a male client who admitted “receiving sexual gratification from said masseuse.” That male client, according to Sgt. John Salazar was none other than Archie’s dad, Jeff!

Jeff Archuleta pleaded no contest at his January hearing to patronizing a prostitute. He was then forced to pay a $582 court fee and complete a counseling class. At the end of this month, the case will be dismissed provided he doesn’t “repeat the crime.”

LINDSAY LOHAN is at the centre of a London police investigation in connection with the theft of jewellery from a magazine photoshoot.
The actress was in the English capital recently, when she posed for an upcoming spread in fashion glossy Elle, according to sources.
Website HolyMoly.com claims the actress kept asking about the gems on loan for the shoot - and then allegedly left with them.
An insider tells the website, “She kept going on about the jewels, asking if she could have them. We all thought she was joking.”

Rapper Lil Wayne filed a petition to have cameras banned from his upcoming felony drug case. The case stems from Lil Wayne’s arrest at the beginning of 2009 in Arizona, where the police found Lil Wayne in possession of cocaine, ecstasy, and marijuana. The rapper was also arrested for having a pistol in the vehicle, but the gun was registered, and the gun charges against Lil Wayne were dropped.
Rapper LIL WAYNE […] - real name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. - was arrested in Yuma, Arizona in January (09) at a Border Patrol checkpoint when officials allegedly discovered cocaine, ecstasy and marijuana on his tour bus.
Carter was booked on three drug possession charges, with a weapons charge subsequently dropped after the .40 calibre pistol found on the bus was discovered to be registered to Carter in Florida.
In a hearing at Arizona Superior Court on Friday (08May09), Judge Mark Wayne Reeves ruled media interest in the case is prompted “not by the facts but by Carter’s celebrity status”.
Carter is also facing trial in New York on gun possession charges stemming from a 2007 arrest in the Big Apple.
In March (09) the star was exonerated of felony drug charges in Atlanta, Georgia after a judge ruled a police search at the time of his 2006 arrest in the state was carried out illegally.
Rap star DMX is in hot water again, after skipping a court hearing where he was to face drug charges. His attornies claim that DMX is currently in rehab.
The Cradle 2 the Grave star’s attorney, Charles Kozelka, told the judge that his client is currently at an undisclosed rehab facility, but that did not stop Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Michael Kemp from upping DMX’s bond to $120,000 and ordering that the sum must be paid in its entirety, in cash.
DMX (real name Earl Simmons) was last in Phoenix police custody in September after being extradited from Miami, where he was busy copping a plea for attempting to buy marijuana and cocaine from an undercover cop.
TMZ is reporting that Craig Robinson, who plays Darryl on one of the hottest smash hits on television, ‘The Office’ had pleaded guilty to a Federal charge of possession of Ecstasy. Bummer! We love The Office around here! Good luck Craig!
Craig Robinson has just entered a “tentative guilty plea” to possession of ecstasy, a felony. The other charges against him were dismissed outright. Cops said he had meth and ecstasy on him and had cocaine and amphetamines in his system when he was busted in Culver City in June.
Attorney Blair Berk (Robinson’s lawyer) told TMZ :
“Mr. Robinson really appreciates and takes seriously the opportunity which has been given to him by the court and the prosecution to have all of the charges against him dismissed, upon successful completion of a counseling program.”
