TMZ is reporting that Artie Lange was just arrested in New Jersey after getting in a car accident. Given Artie’s trouble with addiction, alcohol, cocaine and herion abuse in the past, you just never know. Good luck Artie! We’re pulling for you!

OK, now we’ve seen everything - supposedly the po-po in London England are keen to talk to Lindsay Lohan about … get this… missing jewels! Craziness! This seems to happen fairly often, actresses mistakenly making off with props like clothes, shoes and handbags from photo shoots - but this one could spell trouble for poor Lindsay, who does seem to really be trying to get her act together. Good luck Lindsay, don’t let them take you alive!

LINDSAY LOHAN is at the centre of a London police investigation in connection with the theft of jewellery from a magazine photoshoot.
The actress was in the English capital recently, when she posed for an upcoming spread in fashion glossy Elle, according to sources.
Website HolyMoly.com claims the actress kept asking about the gems on loan for the shoot - and then allegedly left with them.
An insider tells the website, “She kept going on about the jewels, asking if she could have them. We all thought she was joking.”

Remember Britney Spears’ terrible performance at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards? Well, a new tell-all book is revealing that the secret to Britney’s terrible disaster of a performance was tequila - and lots of it!

[Britney] had been planning her routine at the prestigious event for months to prove to the world she had fully recovered from her personal problems.

However, insiders have now revealed she wasn’t mentally ready to perform and was drunk when she went out on stage.

In his new book ‘Britney: Inside the Dream
‘, writer Steve Dennis claims: “Britney herself managed to ruin the most important performance of her life. Hours before the show, her anxieties raged. She decided it was a good idea to start drinking tequila shots to calm her nerves - one after the other.”

Britney’s fragile mental state was also reportedly tested when her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake came into her dressing room to wish her luck.

Dennis revealed in the book: “Justin was cool and couldn’t have been friendlier, but that wigged her out more.”

Britney Spears these days though, as we know, is a total success story, having successfully battled drugs and alcohol, regained posession of her kids, and is now touring Europ on the ‘Circus’ tour.

Britney Spears, trying so hard to stay on the straight and narrow, will fire anyone who fails a drug test in her show!

Britney Spears has fired three of her dancers for failing drugs tests!

The concert features a group of dancers alongside Brit-Brit - but now the trio have been axed from the gigs after the drugs discovery.

A source tells RadarOnline, “I think (the fired dancers) just didn’t expect to actually get tested. And drugs are just not okay so they had to go.”
