Today, Charlie Sheen pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge, stemming from his domestic violence case. At the Aspen Co. tril, the judge ordered Charlie Sheen into 30 days of rehab. Sheen took the sentence well, saying:
“I’m very grateful to the court and to the people of Pitkin County. I look forward to complying with the court’s decision, getting on with my life and putting this behind me.”

The actor will also serve 3 months probation and 36 hours of domestic violence counseling.

Paris Hilton was briefly detained on the French island of Corsica Friday after local authorities found less than a gram of marijuana in her purse, according to unconfirmed reports. Paris Hilton was involved in another pot bust, just a couple weeks ago - where Paris’ friend was arrested for possession, and Paris herself was detained, though eventually cleared.

The Corse-Matin newspaper reports the heiress, 29, was held after arriving at the Figari airport from Paris and released without charge. The paper adds Hilton was traveling with “people close to power in Malaysia” and was en route to Sardinia, Italy.

Just like last time, Paris went to Twitter to defend her honor:

“Just to put an end to these rumors. The stories saying I have been arrested are completely false!” she wrote. “I am having the best vacation of my life! What an amazing summer! I feel so blessed and grateful for everything. I Love Life!!”

That’s what she said last time, too, and she was cleared. Good luck Paris!

The latest rumor in the Mel Gibson saga is that allegedly, Oksana Grigorieva was involved in leaking the audio tapes of Gibson, but supposedly Oksana Grigorieva tried to extort over $10 million from Mel Gibson.

The source claims that “there’s a long trail of physical evidence” such as emails and other documentation. Doubtful? Who knows! These people are all crazy.

Poor ole Mel. First that whole DUI incident from a few years back, which he was mostly ovewr - and now this scandal, which just keeps getting worse and worse. Celebrity Gossip sites are buzzing with the latest gossip about a new alleged recording of Mel Gibson - where he supposedly tells Oksana Grigorieva, the mother of his children: “I will bury you in the rose garden.” Oy Vey. Poor, poor Mel.

Even more audio tape featuring Mel Gibson is surfacing, and this time it seems as though Mel admits to punching his baby momma Oksana whatshername:

On tape, a teary Oksana is heard asking Mel, “What kind of a man is that who would hit a woman when she is holding a child in her hands, hitting her twice in the face?
“What kind of a man is that?” the Russian musician repeats.
The Braveheart star responds: “You know what — you f**cking deserved it.”
