Today, Charlie Sheen pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge, stemming from his domestic violence case. At the Aspen Co. tril, the judge ordered Charlie Sheen into 30 days of rehab. Sheen took the sentence well, saying:
“I’m very grateful to the court and to the people of Pitkin County. I look forward to complying with the court’s decision, getting on with my life and putting this behind me.”

The actor will also serve 3 months probation and 36 hours of domestic violence counseling.

Michael Lohan, the father of Lindsay Lohan, was on the CBS early show, getting publicity for himself by listing Lindsay’s addictions to the public.

When asked what kind of drugs he believed Lindsay Lohan might be abusing, Lohan responded with:

“So many doctors have prescribed her so many different things that she never was on and never needed and now she’s on them. I couldn’t tell you all the names, but Adderall, for one. Adderall is nothing but methamphetamine. For anyone that knows the pharmaceutical business or knows what kids are into these days, adderall is taking over society. It’s supposed to an focus medication, but it’s speed. And it’s polluting society and our teenagers and kids.”

This is all in relation to Lindsay’s court date, today. She is currently in session, where the judge will decide if Lindsay Lohan is going to jail or to rehab. Prerez Hilton reports:

In an effort to get Lindsay’s ass in jail, prosecutor Danette Meyers told the judge that she has prepared witnesses to testify under oath that they saw Lindsay drinking after the MTV Movie Awards, the night her SCRAM bracelet showed a positive reading for alcohol!

Funnyman Dave Chappelle, known for hits like Half Baked and the Dave Chappelle show, was so rowdy on board a flight last week that the pilot had to divert the plane and land right away!

During a flight on a private jet headed to Ohio from New Jersey, the comedian “freaked out” and became unruly by refusing to put his seatbelt on and then repeatedly walked into the cockpit, asking how much longer the flight would be. At one point, he even grabbed the pilot’s arms!

Apparently the actor told flight crew and hotel personnel that he couldn’t remember where he lived. Oops! Sounds a little worse for wear to us!

David Hasselhoff, star of the now infamous drunken hamburger video, was reported to have been carted into the Emergency room over the weekend due to a slight case of overdrinking. However, rumors of repeated hospital visits for alcohol poisoning have floated around before - maybe this one is false too! Good luck Hoff, whatever the case, we’re rooting for you!

Chris Brown is being sued again for Assault, by a photographer who tried to take Chris Brown’s photo in a gym 2 months ago, after the stories about Chris Brown allegedly assaulting his then girlfriend, signer Rihanna.

Chris Brown is being sued by a photographer who claims the singer was involved in a violent incident in March, Usmagazine.com confirmed Wednesday.
Robert Rosen is suing Brown and the L.A. Fitness gym for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.
Brown was playing basketball at the gym’s court in Los Angeles, and when Rosen — a member of the fitness center — tried to take photos, he said that Brown’s bodyguards “shook me with incredible force,” according to TMZ.com.
