A video, shot in January of 2006, shows Heath Ledger at a party in Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont, surrounded by people snorting cocaine off a coffee table.

“I’m going to get serious shit from my girlfriend, we had a baby three months ago,” Ledger said on camera in the video. “I shouldn’t be here at all.” Later on he says: “I used to smoke five joints a day for 20 years.”

In its upcoming issue, People magazine alleges Ledger did cocaine on multiple occasions at the Chateau Marmont.

The video’s release comes on the heels of Us Weekly’s report that Williams drove Ledger to Promises, the Malibu rehab facility frequented by celebrities, in March 2006, because he was abusing heroin, cocaine, “a variety of pills,” and alcohol. But Ledger refused to check in, and vowed, instead, to clean up on his own.

Actress Mischa Barton, star of TV series the O.C, was arrested last night in West Hollywood for DUI and posession of narcotics (believed to be Cocaine). She also was driving without a valid license.

The hysterical singer broke down sobbing and psychiatrists and lawyers turned up at her home in nearby Bow to calm her before she faced serious questions from the police in connection with the case. At one point her date with police was almost called off because she wasn’t deemed mentally fit.

THose kind of hysterical jags are pretty common in cocaine addiction - can’t see why they would be so surprised.

Quiet Riot singer Kevin DuBrow, found dead at his Las Vegas home last month, was found to have died of an cocaine overdose, say sources in Nevada Law Enforcement.

DuBrow’s body was found November 25 and an autopsy conducted the following day could not determine the cause of death pending toxicology tests.

TMZ.com reported that the tests had shown his cause of death to be an accidental overdose of cocaine. A spokeswoman for the Clark County Coroner’s Office could not immediately be reached by Reuters for comment.
