Details continue to emerge from the weekend car crash by drunken Indiana Jones star Shia LaBeouf. His passenger in the DUI crash has been identified as his Transformers 2 co-star Isabel Lucas.

Brian Perrulli, one of the first bystanders on the scene when LaBeouf’s truck was overturned following the incident, says everyone realized the actor was badly hurt and had been drinking, and the other motorist suggested the star should make a run for it.
Perrulli says: “The other guy was saying, `Maybe you should go, maybe you should get outta here,’ and Shia LaBeouf said, ‘No, I’ve gotta deal with this… It’s my problem.’”

Shia LaBeouf has been arrested for DUI this weekend in Las Angeles. He was also sustained minor injuries to his hand and knee in the crash, which also injured LaBeouf’s passenger and another driver.

LaBeouf was trying to make a left turn at a West Hollywood intersection around 3 a.m. when his pickup collided with another vehicle, rolling the truck over, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Sgt. Scott Wolf said.

“It was immediately apparent to officers responding on the scene that LaBeouf was intoxicated and he was subsequently placed under arrest,” Wolf said.

The young star (of the movie Transformers) has been in trouble with the law before, also for drunk and disorderly conduct as well as smoking in Burbank California, where smoking is banned.

Mischa Barton drops this bombshell in the new issue of Nylon magazine:

“That was a low point for me. I never, ever would have thought I would be arrested,” she says in the August issue of Nylon of the December incident. “I was disappointed because it associated me with a group of girls that I would rather not be associated with.”

No duh, Mischa. She then goes on to say how she doesn’t need college because she’s been an adult too long.

“I would want to go to college for the learning, but there’s so much else that comes with that that I don’t think I need anymore,” she says. “I’ve been making my own money and living as an adult for far too long.”

Lame. I would think exactly what she needs is to go to college and get a grip.

Baron Hilton, Paris Hilton’s little brother, pled guilty on a charge of DUI this week in a Los Angeles courtroom. Barron Hilton was sentenced to three years’ probation, ordered to visit a morgue, pay $2,000 in fees and attend two alcohol education classes, a spokesman for the District Attorney’s Office said.
