A new biography of Heath Ledger - entitled Heath: A Family’s Tale - reveals his uncle Haydn suffers from the depressive condition, and suggests it might have run in the family. The book goes on to claim that Ledger may indeed have been suffering from Bipolar disorder - does this hint at a possible connection to suicide?

A video, shot in January of 2006, shows Heath Ledger at a party in Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont, surrounded by people snorting cocaine off a coffee table.

Wiley Jr. - because the video in question, which was offered to a number of U.S. TV shows and media agencies after Ledger’s death in January (08), failed to support her argument.
Attorneys for the unidentified reporter claim the videographers - one of whom she dated - had no right shooting footage and were not given permission to do so by their client.
Judge Wiley Jr. threw out 11 of 12 allegations filed by the reporter against the paparazzi and their agency, but told attorneys for the plaintiff they can amend the lawsuit and pursue a trespass claim against the men behind the camera.
