The Twilight actor, in New York City filming Remember Me, apparently attempted to run across the street near the famed Strand bookstore to escape a hoard of fans when he was clipped on his hip by a moving cab, whose driver slammed on his breaks upon impact.

TMZ reports that Ray Liotta, star of hit movie ‘Goodfellas’ and many others, has taken a plea bargain; pleading no contest to one count of reckless driving. He was originally charged with one count of DUI.
The charges stem from a February incident in Los Angeles where the goodfella allegedly crashed his car into several parked cars. Preliminary reports after his arrest indicated that he was DUI — but the substance was not alcohol.
