Chris Brown is being sued again for Assault, by a photographer who tried to take Chris Brown’s photo in a gym 2 months ago, after the stories about Chris Brown allegedly assaulting his then girlfriend, signer Rihanna.

Chris Brown is being sued by a photographer who claims the singer was involved in a violent incident in March, Usmagazine.com confirmed Wednesday.
Robert Rosen is suing Brown and the L.A. Fitness gym for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.
Brown was playing basketball at the gym’s court in Los Angeles, and when Rosen — a member of the fitness center — tried to take photos, he said that Brown’s bodyguards “shook me with incredible force,” according to TMZ.com.

Apparently the possibly inebriated Top Model took offense to it, replying ‘YOU’RE a f***ing distraction!’ Take that!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie partied until the early morning while at Cannes, the world famous film festival held in Cannes France. Despite rumors of Brad Pitt being unhappy playing Mr. Mom to Angelina Jolie’s brood of babies, and Brad Pitt possibly meeting with Jennifer Aniston back in America the 2 appeared to be cuddly all evening. Brad Pitt drank Bailey’s all night, while Angelina Jolie enjoyed chilled Vodka.

“Towards the end of the evening they sat together, his hand on her leg,” a source tells PEOPLE, adding that at one point Pitt had his arm wrapped around Jolie as they laughed and whispered into each other’s ears.

Rapper Lil Wayne filed a petition to have cameras banned from his upcoming felony drug case. The case stems from Lil Wayne’s arrest at the beginning of 2009 in Arizona, where the police found Lil Wayne in possession of cocaine, ecstasy, and marijuana. The rapper was also arrested for having a pistol in the vehicle, but the gun was registered, and the gun charges against Lil Wayne were dropped.

Rapper LIL WAYNE […] - real name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. - was arrested in Yuma, Arizona in January (09) at a Border Patrol checkpoint when officials allegedly discovered cocaine, ecstasy and marijuana on his tour bus.
Carter was booked on three drug possession charges, with a weapons charge subsequently dropped after the .40 calibre pistol found on the bus was discovered to be registered to Carter in Florida.

In a hearing at Arizona Superior Court on Friday (08May09), Judge Mark Wayne Reeves ruled media interest in the case is prompted “not by the facts but by Carter’s celebrity status”.

Carter is also facing trial in New York on gun possession charges stemming from a 2007 arrest in the Big Apple.
In March (09) the star was exonerated of felony drug charges in Atlanta, Georgia after a judge ruled a police search at the time of his 2006 arrest in the state was carried out illegally.

The latest Lindsay Lohan rumor is a whopper though - the gossip is that Lindsay Lohan is pregnant!

Well this is the scariest rumor that I’ve heard in a long time. Lindsay Lohan is rumored to be seven weeks pregnant. According to ianundercover.com, someone inside Lindsay Lohan’s camp is claiming that the shopping addict is with child

“I swear she’s carrying,” the Lilo friend said. “She’s going through big emotional turmoil. She’s not sure if she’ll have it or go through with an abortion that she booked to have in the next few days. Saddest part is she has no idea who the father is. She must have slept with more than two dozen men in the past couple of months.”
