Bret Michael’s tour bus was pulled over in Dekalb county in Indiana last night, and sources claim that sheriff’s officer’s found pot and ‘Schedule II controlled substances’, which some sources claim are more illegal drugs.
The following statement was released by Bret Michael’s people:

“Two of Bret’s tour buses were pulled over late last night. Officers on the scene claimed there were no trailer tag lights. No arrests were made. Mr. Michaels allowed an open search of the buses and everything was handled in a professional manner.”

Lindsay Lohan will have access to her list of prescribed medications while serving her time in Lynwood Correctional Facility in Los Angeles. Despite concerns from Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s father, that the Prescription drugs were either directly or indirectly to blame for Lindsay’s current legal troubles which have now culminated in her jail sentence.

According to TMZ reports:

Lindsay’s prescriptions were being processed yesterday and she will be allowed to take several drugs, including Adderall, a psychostimulant used to treat ADHD. She also has a prescription for Ambien.

Kelly Osborne, who is a recovered addict, calls doctors the ‘biggest drug dealers in the world’.

She tells Britain’s Heat magazine, “Five years ago I thought I’d be dead, or real close to it, by now. It’s one of those things where other people’s tragedy brings it home. The amount of people who have died this year alone from the stuff I’ve done is scary.

“The biggest drug dealers in the world are doctors. And there are a lot of doctors in L.A.”

Paris Hilton was briefly detained on the French island of Corsica Friday after local authorities found less than a gram of marijuana in her purse, according to unconfirmed reports. Paris Hilton was involved in another pot bust, just a couple weeks ago - where Paris’ friend was arrested for possession, and Paris herself was detained, though eventually cleared.

The Corse-Matin newspaper reports the heiress, 29, was held after arriving at the Figari airport from Paris and released without charge. The paper adds Hilton was traveling with “people close to power in Malaysia” and was en route to Sardinia, Italy.

Just like last time, Paris went to Twitter to defend her honor:

“Just to put an end to these rumors. The stories saying I have been arrested are completely false!” she wrote. “I am having the best vacation of my life! What an amazing summer! I feel so blessed and grateful for everything. I Love Life!!”
