Rapper DMX Arrest Warrant Issued For Drug Identity Theft Charges

Rap star DMX is in hot water again, after skipping a court hearing where he was to face drug charges. His attornies claim that DMX is currently in rehab.

The Cradle 2 the Grave star’s attorney, Charles Kozelka, told the judge that his client is currently at an undisclosed rehab facility, but that did not stop Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Michael Kemp from upping DMX’s bond to $120,000 and ordering that the sum must be paid in its entirety, in cash.

DMX (real name Earl Simmons) was last in Phoenix police custody in September after being extradited from Miami, where he was busy copping a plea for attempting to buy marijuana and cocaine from an undercover cop.
